This will only be our 2nd trip with the kids.....they were very curious last time about what was "inside" the castle. Just wondering if it is something we should consider doing this time, or if it is totally just for the girls?

I know they are changing the activities inside...so this is a variable to consider...HOWEVER ...

CRT Is a Family Tradition for us/me... and my DS...now...18 considers CRT to be a "MUST HAVE"...

He has been to CRT 10 times..and LOVES it...

Hugs,
Mary

When we took DS, then 6, there were SO MANY boys there! Belle went to the giveaway stash and got her own sword so she could do mock battles with all the boys. It was awesome.

Snow White kissed DS. I think the princesses get a real kick out of the younger guys. All the CMs asked DS all day long which princess kissed him. (He had red kisses on each cheek. He didn't want to wash his face EVER.) I wasn't ready with the camera for kiss number 1, so Snow let me get ready to capture kiss number 2 for posterity.

The Fairy Godmother was a bit more like a stern Grandmother with the rowdy table full of boys on the other side...

It was a great time. The castle is an experience everyone should do at least once IMO.

I wonder if the princesses would consider 46 one of the younger guys.

Ouch, as my dw's fury meets the back of my head with her hand.

Maybe if you wore your Prince Charming outfit? But adults aren't allowed are they? Aw well. Maybe for a resort meal? LOL.

DS loved this character meal, and he played with the toy sword that they gave him for the rest of the day.

If your boys are curious about the inside of the castle I would definitely do it.

My son loved our dinner there last July. Cinderella made such a fuss over him. His cheeks were beet red in the pics I took, but he loved every minute of her undivided attention.

When we went we took our boys but really only focused on my daughter. Now, when I look back at the pictures & video my heart breaks because you can see my son closing his eyes and waving that wand for a special wish or smiling so big at the princesses! I never even noticed, poor little guy!:guilty:

I think eating inside the castle is a magical experience everyone should do at least once. I'm sure they'll have a great time!:)

We're taking our ds6 to eat there in May (I just made the ADR yesterday !) - he is excited to dress as Prince Charming, and is expecting all the princesses to be chasing after him ! :)

We are going to CRT breakfast in april for the first time with DS5 and DS7. We've done 1900 Park Faire dinner and Akershus, so they've met princesses before. I told them we were going to eat inside the castle and they get a SWORD. They are thrilled about the sword, and that will make them happy for the rest of the day!!! As far as the princesses are concerned, the usually make some cute comments to the boys about slaying dragons, and being a prince. I think it's worth it to try it once, especially since it's Cinderella's castle. Have fun!!! :goodvibes

We brought both of my boys there for their 5th Birthday's. They loved it! The CM's gave them plenty of attention.

I also heard that people can enter the castle to look around in the waiting area on or around 3PM.
