CRT for Bfast, Lunch or Dinner with two 3 year olds?

We've never done CRT before and we'd like to try it this trip. DH and I will be with twin 3 year olds.
Which meal is best? Bfast, Lunch or Dinner? Do the characters vary?

OK, I have never been to CRT, but from what I understand, there are no characters at dinner.

Somebody will have to confirm or deny.

As for breakfast and lunch, I think the characters are random but are usually Cinderella/Princess related. Mary Poppins has also known to be at lunch.

They changed it and they do have the princesses at dinner now.

But I would recommend an early breakfast ADR before the park opens. It makes for wonderful photo ops with no one around except your family and the castle (pretty much.)

They've added characters to dinner.

I'd recommend trying to get a pre-park opening breakfast ADR. We did this on the kids' first trip, and it was PERFECT!! Walking down an empty Main St. for the first time to have breakfast in Cinderella Castle... The stuff dreams are made of, I tell ya!

My only concern with Breakfast is that my kids are used to eating pretty soon after they wake up. Should I just give them a snack when they wake up and then do the breakfast?

Mine were fine with a pack of Disney fruit snacks while on the monorail.

Sure, that should work. It's only one morning, right? I'm sure they could handle that. I think it would be SO worth it to at least try it.
