CRT - early reservation

We have an 8.10am reservation for CRT. Can anyone tell me when the resort transports starts and how early we can access the park. We are staying at POR - is it best to drive?

they say at MK, it starts 90 minutes prior to park opening.

i can tell you i've had multiple 8:05 ADRs at MK and never had an issue with bus transportation.
