does anyone know how much the slipper dessert is at CRT?

do you know if this includes tax and any other surcharge they may decide to add to it?!?!?
we've got an ADR there on the night of our anniversary and was thinking this would be a nice surprise for DH, do you know if they would write a message on the plate for me? only something along the lines of happy anniversary?
also is the payment due in advance like the meal was or would i pay when i get there? (have already paid in full for the meal)
sorry for all the questions but i'd like to put a smile on his face (he's been having a hard time at work recently), was thinking of getting a cake delivered but its only 4 days before we leave WDW and we're going to MVMCP after the meal so we dont want to be carrying it around, so think the slipper dessert would be better

are not included in that price. I'm pretty certain it had to be paid in advance since it is CRT and is a special order. And yes a message can be written on the rim of the plate.

you can also call 407-824-4477 and ask for Meredith...she is in charge of CRT Special events and posted her # here a few months ago and she will set everything up for you

ANyone know if the price is different to arrange for it to be delivered to a GF restaurant (specifically the afternoon tea?).

the price difference was $0.50. I don't think the GF restaurants have as many flavor choices as CRT.

How big are these? I'll have a party of three. How many should I order?

Can they be delivered anywhere besides the GF restaurants and CRT? I would love this for an arrival night dessert at the Coral Reef.
