CRT Dinner Question - Solo Visit

I managed to luck out and get a relatively last minute dinner reservation at CRT for my trip in 3 weeks time and couldn't pass it up - but I want to make sure that I can actually get photos with all the princess.

Is there someone in CRT who would be able to take my photo with the princess as a solo dinner? I'd prefer not to do selfies with the princesses if I have a choice (or to annoy my neighbours every time a princess comes round)

Oh and I forgot to ask - how long does a meal usually take at CRT? There is another time available on the day I leave (for lunch at 2:05) but I need to leave the park around 3pm to get the bus back to Pop so I can catch the DME to the airport at 4pm. Would there be enough time to have lunch (i.e an hour) and make it back to the hotel?

If I could do the lunch in an hour on my final day that would be my preference, but if it is impossible to do it in that amount of time I'll stick to the dinner ADR.

I remember waiting 20 minutes to be seated and then it is a three course meal so I don't think you will do it in an hour.

I'm not certain but I think the princesses were accompanied as they went round.

I did a solo lunch and spoke with the character handler shortly after I was seated (he approached me to ensure I was enjoying myself) either he or my server made a point of being there when each princess came around to take my picture... I'd post one but due to an error with my camera all my pictures were lost

There will be a handler with the princesses who will be able to take your photo.

I would allow 90 minutes for the meal. You will have your photo taken with Cinderella in the foyer and then wait to be taken upstairs to the dining room. As a solo you will probably eat more quickly than a group, but the princesses follow a set route through the room so there's no hurrying them to your table. You do not want to be late for DME because if you miss the bus you will have to take a taxi to the airport so it would be better to keep the dinner reservation.

Thanks all for the advice. I'll stick with the dinner and will just keep hoping an earlier time becomes available on my last day.

Here's another suggestion I often do when at character meals solo. It's always fun to just give the camera to the character (in this case the princess) and say "I'd love to have a picture taken with you. Do you think someone would take our picture?" Then watch as the character/princess goes up to someone and asks them to take your picture (yes, I've done this with characters that don't speak-they just run to a nearby table with the camera and motion for a particular person to take our picture). Everyone loves it! They don't dare say "no" to a character at WDW!

Wow, I researched and lots has changed in five years!! I was excited to get an ADR for dinner just to see Cinderella. Now I'm even more excited!
