CRT desserts

We are planning on doing CRT for dinner while we're at WDW next year... does anyone know if we can order the slipper for dessert, or pay extra to have it?

From what I understand, you now need to pre-order the slipper dessert, as it is no longer available from the normal menu. We had it as part of a 'package' when we got engaged there last December, but that the only direct experience with it that I have. I'm sure others will be able to elaborate in greater detail.

You can order the slipper, but you would need to call private dining. It's not on the CRT menu, and is between 12.50-14.50 in price. The dessert would need to be paid for.

It's quite a bit of money, on top of the $40 odd dollars you're paying already - but then again, I do really want to get the dessert!!
