CRT, DDP, and credit card question

Planning ahead for next August. If free dining is offered we will have the DDP, otherwise we will not (or we may not go at all). I want to try to get an ADR for CRT dinner so I will need to call in February. If I don't have the DDP at that time, I will have to pay with my credit card. What is the cancellation policy on that - do they credit you back if you cancel or add the DDP later?

I think you always need a credit card guarantee on CRT, we are on the dining plan this year and I needed one. Hope that helps!
