CRT Confusion over desserts

I just called CRT to book the Cincerella slipper. The girl who answered took my order but told me that next time I should call the cake hotline. I thought we were supposed to call CRT directly? Anyway, I asked if I could get a treasure chest for my son but she told me they don't serve the treasure chest at CRT. Is this right? I assumed they severed all kinds of special request desserts at CRT. If not, then I will call back tomorrow (and hopefully get someone else) and ask for the treasure chest.
