CRT charged my card instead of using Dining Credits

Has anyone else had this happen? I(luckily)happened upon a CRT reservation today that I swiftly booked. Only thing is, they charged my credit card for the prepay price instead of reserving it with dining credits. I(again, luckily)cancelled the reservation and re-booked it thinking maybe I had accidentally checked the box for prepay. I, again, made sure that I selected “use dining credits to reserve”. It again told me that it was held with dining credits but charged my card AGAIN! $410 in charges!!!!

I did. And they did fix it. They said I wasn’t the first person that has happened to recently.

glad you got that fixed...so frustrating, I am sure. But at least you got a ressie!!! I couldn't get any at my 180+10 for December.
Hopefully, I can snag a last minute cancelation.

We’re 61 days out. I figure everyone is dropping reservations because they’re getting their fast passes booked
