CRT - can you book online ?

I am looking at the App and getting ready, I can book in the morning. I noticed that CRT always says call to reserve, is that normal? I won't be able to book it online?

I have always booked CRT online. If it won't let you, then call, but that would only be due to a system error.

It wont let you book through the app but you can book through the website.
