CRT Breakfast Reservation

My schedule is almost perfect. I have been obsessed with checking the ADR openings and booking better times when I find them. Which is a miracle since we booked our vacation 140 days out. With a lot of patience and effort, I have managed to get everything I wanted except for an 8ish am CRT, mine is at 9:15 am. Has anyone had an experience where these reservations have opened up closer to the trip or should I just be lucky I have one? I don't want to be ungrateful but I would love to eat before the park opens.

The closer your trip gets, the better your chances of grabbing one.
Our last trip, we wanted a CRT for dinner and it was totally booked. We checked the night before we left, and sure enough there were some tables that opened up.
More specifically, try looking around 60 days from your ADR. That's when people make their Fastpass reservations and alter their dining schedule to fit in.
Also try around the 45 day mark. This is when people may have their trips cancelled for not paying off their trip in time.
Just keep doing what you're doing and keep trying every day. Persistence pays off.

Definitely keep your current ADR. If you want to look at a bright side to it, you can at least be there to watch the rope drop ceremony.

I actually wanted a later time because of EMH morning and got one yesterday...we are 70ish days out
