CRT Breakfast - Arrival?

Park opening on the day we have CRT @ 8:05am was just recently changed to 8am. No big deal just curious do we need to be at the castle prior to 730-745 to get in before the welcome show, OR should we watch the welcome show and then head on up (could we even get in the castle right after the show ends?)?
