CRT before MNSSHP 2016

I am planning our Disneyworld vacation for next year. We will be going in September and it's me, DH, DD5 and DD2. For MNSSHP, I know you can get in using party ticket at 4, so I thought we could do an early dinner at CRT around 4:30. Are we allowed to wear costumes at CRT or should we do something different?
