Help me with a time line please.
We will be going to CRT Dinner (do not want to do breakfast or lunch) w/ my CH, DD3, and DS10 months. We will be taking our DD to BBB before the dinner. I am not sure what time I should make the dinner res & what time I should make the BBB res.
I thought about doing it in the morning but worried about staying in the park ALL day until dinner. I'm sure my DS will need to go back to the resort for an aft nap.
Then I thought about relaxing that morning and then heading to MK for our reservations.
We also want to be able to see Wishes that night after our dinner.
Please help me with a timeline. We have never done CRT or BBB before.

Hey there! I can't help with the dinner part as we had a late breakfast but DD had her BBB ressie at 0900 and our ressie for CRT was at 1100. We didn't need that long but I have to admit it was nice to have some extra minutes. After BBB we rode Cindy's Carousel, met with the Fairy Godmother, and took some pics at Cindy's fountain. So I would allow yourself an hour and maybe make your BBB ressie for 4 or 5, and then make your CRT ressie for 6 or 7. If you're worried about DD's "makeover" not lasting, DON'T. It will keep perfectly. Have fun!:goodvibes

We didn't do dinner either - we did breakfast. I checked into my itinerary for our last trip and I had BBB scheduled for my DD at 8:40AM and CRT at 10:10AM. We had plenty of time, in fact, we were able to even find my DH and DS to "show off" DD!

We are headed to CRT and BB next week. My 5 yr. old DD has a 4 pm reservation at BBB then we have 9:30pm dinner reservations at CRT. I wanted to have a larger break so that we can walk around and my DD can have tons of fun before ending the night with dinner. What time does Wishes start???

Thanks everyone!
I sure would love to hear about anyone's experiences w/ the CRT dinner and BBB and how they timed their little one's BBB appt in relation to the dinner res. Also would love to hear if you spent all day at the park leading up to the dinner or came later in the day.

This past September, my daughter's BBB appointment was at 4, which ended up being really great because it gave us time to take some pictures of her around the castle and at Town Square Exposition Hall (in the little photography studio). Dinner was at 6:50, so we had a good amount of time. I would recommend having the appointment AT LEAST an hour before your dinner reservation time because sometimes there is a longer wait at the boutique, and some "Fairy Godmothers in Training" spend a little more time than others. Plus you may want to have time for pics before it gets dark! Have a great time at the boutique and take lots of pics - they do such a great job there!

I would give it two hours. We went a couple of years ago and did BBB before lunch at CRT. BBB was crowded and we were not seen at our scheduled time, I think they were about thirty minutes behind and having that extra time before lunch helped us not to feel panicked.

We are doing lunch at CRT this year and plan on booking the BBB atleast 90 minutes beforehand.

Did you spend the entire day at the park leading up to your DD's appt?

We did! We arrived at the park about 10:30 that morning and spent the earlier part of the day riding rides. We caught Storytime with Belle after a snack, and then it was time to check in at the castle. We had a great experience at the castle boutique, I can't recommend it enough.

and BBB. Scheduling two hours ahead worked for us. The BBB appointment took maybe 45 minutes. That gave our daughter time to walk around and ride some rides (the carousel is a must do) for awhile and still have her dress, hair and make-up in good shape for our lunch.

I would try for a 6:30 lunch and schedule BBB two hours before the time you actually get.
