CRT- are all meals w/characters?

I am confused - on WDW official website, it says that it is character dining in one spot and not in another both for dinner. I would prefer to dine without the characters if there are any meals. Is this a possiblity? TIA

No, dinner does NOT have princesses circulating. Only breakfast and lunch have princesses circulating while you eat.

At dinner, you do see Cinderella at the entrance for the 'free' photo package photo.

Upstairs there will be a brief 'celebration' show by the Fairy Godmother and Suzy and Perla but they do NOT circulate for photos/autographs.

So if you want to avoid the characters, book the dinner.
