CRT and online ressies

Has anyone recently made reservations for CRT online and NOT been charged the full amount? (assuming you're using your dining credits for the meal). I know there have been problems in the past and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved or if I should just plan on calling in that reservation.

I did CRT ressie on Monday and had to enter my CC however it has not been charged, the email from the online ressie system shows total billed $0.00

same thing happened when I booked Cali Grill as well.

I booked online and was not charged. Not even a 0.00. I wonder if it depends on the time of year (crowded vs. busy). We are going in October.
