Your cc should not have been charged if you have the DDP and told the CM that you were using credits for CRT and not paying OOP. I booked CRT about 2 weeks ago for our December trip (we're on the DlxDDP) and my cc was used just for a guarantee and was not charged. I would wait a couple of days and see if the charge goes through; if it does, I would call back and tell them you are using DDP credits for the meal and they should be able to refund your cc .
1) Contrary to popular opinion, this happens all the time.
2) You will be refunded at the performance.
3) Many times you are charged for the tix.
4) This is since they don't know for sure you will use DDP credits.
5) You can call and ask for a credit.
6) Sometimes they will give it to you in advance.
I booked our CRT ADR online with a credit card. I called Disney dining and they refunded my cc and gave me a new ADR # which was linked to my upcoming reservation with DDP.
Thanks everyone! I called and the CM confirmed that the prior CM made the reservation incorrectly. She sounded pretty annoyed for me...she wanted me to report it to Disney. Lately, I've noticed alot of CMs asking me to complete the survey...I wonder if they're outsourcing the call center or something or maybe there are alot of new hires?
Anyways...thanks for the responses. The 2nd CM had to cancel and rebook the CRT reservation---which made for a scary 5 minutes
