I originally made all my ADRs online, but after a couple of weeks I noticed that there was a better time showing up online for our CRT dinner. I tried to re-book it online, but it wasn't letting my tie the ADR to my DP (wanted me to pre-pay with a CC), so I called to have it changed.
The CM was able to make the change with no problem, repeated everything back to me correctly, and gave me a new conf #. I never got an email, but didn't worry about it since I had the #.
Once the new website stuff came online, I went through and manually added all of my ADRs since none were showing up. As I was doing that, I noticed that our new CRT ADR was showing up as 5 people, instead of 4. (Which is what it originally was, and what the CM repeated back to me when I changed it).
I know that normally showing up with less people isn't a problem, but is that the case with CRT, since it is a pre-paid meal? We will be using dining credits, so we won't be "paying" until we are there, but I don't want them to charge us 2 extra credits for something that wasn't my fault.
But... I am paranoid that if I call and try to have it fixed, that they will attempt to cancel and re-book, and we will end up losing the ADR all together. (As far as I know they can't technically change the number on an ADR, it has to be cancelled and booked again, correct?) It is already booked solid for that night online, so if they mess something up in trying to "fix" it, we may be out of luck.
So... do I call and cross my fingers that the CM on the phone will know what they are doing, and be able to change the party size, or do I leave it as is and explain the problem at the podium???
