CRT 11pm?

I was just doing my usual MDE stalking rounds and saw an 11pm for CRT. I didn't think they were open that late. Is it for something special that they do or just regular dinner at a really late hour?

ETA: Never mind, the hours are different now. It originally said they were only open until 9:40. Now it's showing 11:15. Odd.
**Now it's saying 9:40 again. So strange.
