Crown plaza Resort

hello people hope someone can give me a steer as far as the Crown Plaza resort formerley known as the RAmada on I drive is like, i have seen some awful reviews for the place and was wondering if any kind person on here can either confirm or deny.

The reason i need to know ids I am bringing my 5 grandchildren 14,13 9,9,and 5 for the trip of a lifetime and i dont want it spoiled by rubbish accomodation, i know its only for sleeping and showering but hey we still gotta be there and if it is bad then i will have to rethink hotels.
