Does anyone have information on this resort coming up through HotelKingdom? Is this a timeshare? Will we have to sit through a presentation? What about dealing with HotelKingdom?

We have a reservation there for September and, from what I can tell, it depends whether you book "Crowne Plaza" (which is the hotel section) or "Kingstown Reef" (the timeshare section). The accommodation looks to be exactly the same.

At the moment, we have hotel reservations for the one-bedroom suite for $109/night, but we're considering sitting through a 90 minute timeshare presentation which brings the rate down to $49/night for the first 4 nights and $79/night for the next 3.

Don't know if that helps you at all.
Vicki. :)

We used HotelKingdom this Feb. and stayed at Star Island resort which is a timeshare. We did not have any problems with HotelKingdom, except we asked for an early arrival and they said we would have it, but when we arrived at the resort around noon, we were not able to get into our room until after 4. We stayed at Crown Plaza last year, before it turned into a timeshare, and were very pleased with it. It takes about ten minutes to get to Disney from there.
