Does anyone here remember this creepy tv movie from the 70's? I mentioned it in the Twilight Zone thread, but not sure how much traffic that's getting now.

I saw this movie when I was little - way, way too young - and it traumatized me for years! I couldn't look at a Dutch Masters cigar box for at least ten years afterwards (I'd have to turn away in stores if I spotted one out of the corner of my eye!)

Has anyone here seen it?

Seen it? I own it! I love that corny movie. Getting crushed under the door with the stones on top scared me to death as a kid.

I also own the original "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" so I'm a cheesy-movie geek!:goodvibes

I saw that movie when I was about 10 years old at at a 70s horror movie marathon on tv. It scared the crap out of me when she was being crushed with that board and rocks. I still get scared with just the thought. For some reason I always thought the people in that movie were Pilgrims, I guess because of the way they dressed and so now every time I see a picture of a Pilgrim I get the willies. I don't remember much about it except for the crushing part and that she was alright at the end. What a movie! Even the name of it is scary! Thanks for the memory!:scared1::laughing:

It was one of the movie of the weeks they use to have all the time. I loved Hope Lange and still have fears about being killed with stones on a board!!!
