Crowds week before Christmas

How busy are the parks say the 14-21st?

Christmas day is packed right and so is the days between Christmas and New Years, right?

Just still trying to figure out some possible dates

Busy but not as bad at between the holidays. Some schools are still in session while others aren't.

It's busy but doable. I've gone many times then and just know what to expect. We had friends from out of state who came 2 years ago and stayed with us and went to DLR for the four days before Christmas. I was worried because many of the schools were already out (that won't be the case for you), but they had a plan, and it went way smooth. They saw everything they wanted to see and many things several times.

We are thinking of this week too - just have to wait for my DS to finish school on December 14th. We aren't sure if its better to start our stay on Sunday, December 16th for 2 nights, or do a mid-week 2 night stay...

Anyone know if there are any AP rates or other specials during this week?

Any thoughts??

I don't think there are any posted yet...the Dobies are planning to go 12/20-12/26, and if there are no specials we will just suck it up and stay at the Sheraton. My fingers are crossed!
