Has anyone gone to Disneyland the week following the Presidents Day holiday (Tuesday - Sunday)? Do the crowds die down after Monday night of the holiday? I have seen conflicting info on different forums. Some say it is very busy all week, others say it is only busy on the weekend before and the actual Presidents day. Any reports? Thanks!!!

I went Th-Mon over Pres Day weekend this past Feb and yes it was crowded, but not too crowded. The longest line we saw was Nemo at bout 60 min. but we got on in less than 5 as it was our first stop on a MM. I waited 40 min for Dumbo w/ DD. PoTC and HM ran about 15-20 min. SM was walk on right after Nemo... Catching on? So even over the weekend it wasn't so bad as far as getting on rides. I didn't like walking in tighter places with so many people like through Adventureland.

I suspect your dates will be fine with the majority of the crowd thinning after Monday.

Hope that helps!

We were there that same time last year and it was no problem. Weather wasn't the greatest as it was a bit cooler and rainier than usual that week - which may have impacted attendance at the park. Nemo was busy as stated above. Waits were mild for the children's rides. We are planning to go again that same week in 09 as that is our school divison's break. However, most spring breaks seem to be in March this year for other schools so shouldn't be too bad. Hope this helps.

I have never been to DL in February, but I did want to share that President's week is a mid winter break for much of our state- at least Western Washington. I don't know if that affects attendance, but thought I'd throw it out there.

Grumpy, you are exactly right. A lot of school districts have a mid-winter break around President's Day weekend. For some districts it's an entire week off, for others it's just an extra day or two. I'm guessing it's a busy time at DL.
