We are thinking about taking a trip to DisneyLand. We would fly in Saturday November 21st, sightsee around LA a little & then check in to hotel(either Disneyland hotel or a good neighbor). We would have 5 day hopper tickets & spend Sunday - Thursday in park. Fly home Friday. Can we see & do everything in the parks with that amount of time? I'm assuming the parks will be crowded. TIA

We will be there Sunday through Wednesday that week (11/22-11/25). When I started planning this trip several months ago, I assumed we would be dealing with significant crowds since the LAUSD schools (along with many other districts throughout California) will be out that entire week. Also, there are no block out dates for AP holders during the early part of the week. I figured four days would be plenty of time even with the crowds as long as we utilized early mornings, fast passes, and didn't object to crowded times later in the day.

Now that Disney has announced that Hyperspace Mountain will be opening on 11/16 (in addition to all the other Star Wars offerings) and the Rivers of America, Fantasmic!, and the DLRR will be closing in January, I suspect the crowds are going to be horrific. We are still going, but I have to admit to being more than a little bit worried.
