I asked this earlier, and I know several people said they'd answer when they got home. I may have missed the topic as we were gone, and now I can't seem to find much.

How were crowds the Tuesday-Saturday after Memorial Day? We are coming next year the Sunday before the holiday and staying the whole week. We know that Sunday and Monday will be busy, but we're hoping it'll calm down after the actual holiday. Anyone who was recently there with opinions - please help!

Thank you in advance for your help. You all are so very helpful everytime I have a question. :goodvibes

We were in the parks on Monday through Wednesday. All three days had crowds, especially in some areas of the park. But, if you start out early in the day, you can get a lot done before the crowds build. The thing that surprised us was Wednesday night. We thought it would be the quietest evening and we would do a lot, but it was actually the most crowded of the 3 nights. We got more done on Tuesday night (we werent in the parks on Monday night).

Tuesday's early entry, btw, was very busy. But, we still got a lot done because most people headed to Nemo and we went to Fantasyland instead.

I was there mon may 26- fri may 31

monday got there afternoon not too bad
tuesday about like monday
wed was a joke a lot of people
thur more people then mon or tue but not as bad as wed
fri very busy but I still thought wed was the worst

I was worried that Friday would be bad as we had relatives visiting from Ireland. We did both parks in one day and here's what we did. The cool thing was both out quests were first time visitors to Disneyland.

Indy
Pirates
Haunted Mansion
Pirates Lair (TSI)
Jungle Cruise
Thunder Mountain
Billy Hill and the Hillbilly's for lunch and show
Inoventions
Soaring
Tower of Terror
Aladdin show
Golden Dreams
Screaming
Dineer at Rancho del Zocalo
Fantasmic
Fire Works from Rivers of America area right after Fantasmic
Star Tours
Space Mountain

Can you say WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool1:

Yup, I think people always read that Wednesday is quietest and they all showed up on Wednesday!

We were there May 21 - May 30
They week prior to Memorial day were quiet. We avoided Disney over the weekend. Tue, Wed, Thur were all very busy but not in a 'bad' way. Use your
Fast Pass and you'll be fine. The longest we had to wait for other rides were about 20 mins.

We were there Teusday and Wednesday. On Tuesday my Dad and DD were stuck on GRR (rumor is some kid tried to jump off the ride) while my 3 year old had a meltdown:scared1:
On Wednesday my DD and I were in Line for Indy and were at the front when the ride was shut down. We had to use FPs just to have a wait under an hour:eek:
IMO the parks were crowded. Our December trip was less crowded.

We rode GRR without a problem on Tuesday around 1 or 2 pm. The incident must have been later in the day.

Got Indiana Jones out of the way on Memorial Day. My daughter likes the ride, but the rest of us aren't crazy about it. Wouldn't bother me at all if I had to skip it. I spend the whole ride worrying that my 9 year old's head will bonk the front of the car or that I will get whiplash.
