We are going to WDW the week after Christmas. Just how crowded do you think the parks will be. I was planning on going to MK on Sun, EPCOT on Mon, and AK and MGM on Tues. What do you think of that plan. I appreciate any suggestions. We have never been to WDW over the holidays.

Thanks

The crowds will be incredible! We usually go that week every year and this is the busiest week of the year.

Also, take some advice from me, add a day off from the parks in the middle of your plan. After fighting the crowds for two days, you will appreciate the time to re-group. It looks like it will be mild those days this year, so you may want to just relax by a heated pool or spend the day at Downtown Disney, or some other form of r-n-r. You won't be able to get much out of AK and MGM in the same day at this time of year. Best to add another two days to your plan, one for r-n-r and one for MGM. Four days straight and you will be regretting it.

I'll be there the 29th & 30th and was planning to go to epcot when we get there the 29th around 11AM - does anyone think we'll be able to get a Fastpass for Test Track?
Then Tuesday 12/30 is Magic Kingdom, I know the crowds will be incredible by my dds 16 &14 can't bear the thought of being at Disney and not going to the Magic Kingdom. We have 7pm reservations at Tony's- any suggestions on where we should try to stand for the parades?
Thanks

I'll be there that week. I expect to spend lots of time in line. I bought this little Disney Trivia game that activates questions about where you are in the park. Figure that will keep us busy while in line.
I don't think it matters which park you do which day. We are going to stay away from the parks that have Early entry because my DH and I aren't morning people and our body clocks will be 3 hours behind because we're flying in from the West Coast.

You should be able to get a fast pass at that time, but I would make it my first stop if I were you. Our kids are too young for the ride so we don't bother. Seems like a fast-pass return at that time should yield a return window around 5:00-7:00 but I am only guessing. It could be earlier but I would think they would be out of fast-passes by 1:30-2:00.

I'm at WDW now. This morning at 11 am there was an 120 min. stand-by line for ToT and the FP return time was 5:30 pm! It's busy!!! We have been going early, using FP, taking mid-day breaks and having a great time.

I noticed that you'll be on your honeymoon! Congratulations!
We spent our honeymoon there 20 years ago! Our friends thought we were crazy, but we had a wonderful romantic time. It's a little different now with our kids, but still wonderful!!
