Crowds Jan 1-5 and is there a link to disability pass?

We are going to Universal for five days from January 1-5. What are the crowds usually like that week after New Year’s?

Also, is there a thread that tells about the disability pass for Universal? My three youngest qualified for DAS at Disney this summer, but Universal’s seems so different. Just wondering if you do qualify, what the procedure is when you get there.

Last, is there a place to get a stroller marked as a wheelchair?
 
applying for and obtaining an IBCCES card, while not mandatory, is helpful as a 1st step in this process

if approved for IBCCES, you will
have a conversation with U to discuss your specific needs & determine which 'card' would be appropriate

there are 3 different levels: orange/red (return time), gold (return time & escort to ride) & a 3rd one that is rarely granted

Note that having the IBCCES card doesn't guarantee being granted any of the accommodation levels @ U
