Crowds in March?

How are the crowds in March? My son has spring break starting the 10th and we are considering a 5 night trip. We will have APs, so are also hoping for an AP rate.

We went last March about the 3rd week and will go again the same time in 2007 and the crowds didn't seem to overwhelming (and that was our 1st trip!). The weather was really warm and then just pleasant towards the end of the week. I think you'd enjoy it!

Thanks! We've been once in the fall and plan on the fall again this year. However, I just read that March is peak season so it scares me a little.

I went March 3rd-8th of this year and it was great. The crowds weren't bad at all - we FPed as much as possible but did a lot of standby lines too, which weren't bad. The weather was fantastic - not too hot and very little (hardly any) rain.

It will be busy. I have not yet gone at Christmas, but Spring Break was the busiest of any of our trips so far. The weather is nice, so you can spend more time in the parks. Disney also keeps longer hours. Just have a plan and you will enjoy it.
