Crowds in early August?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the crowds are like in early August? We always go in September and love it but next year we may have to go in early August. What is the weather like too?? Thanks in advance!! It would probably be the first week in August.

The weather will be similar to that on the surface of the sun. I doubt you'll notice the crowds, as you'll be more concerned about the possibility of a human being actually melting into the asphalt. YMMV.
