hello

just a little summary on our july 16 to 23rd trip.

we got up early (6 am) to be out the door by 6:50am for EE at each park- thank god we did this as by 12:00 the crowds and heat were outrageous

we got a lot done by being one of the first in line for the parks on EE mornings-we rode buzz 4 times in a row on Sun morn, 3 times without a wait and once with a 5 minute wait-
EE for MGM by 8:30 am the wait for rock'n coaster was 30 minutes- people literally ran to TOT and RnR when park opened!! (geez, why do people feel the need to race at top notch for a ride?- i hate waiting too but holy cow!!)

MK was the worst for crowds- i just couldn't believe how many people were there- we were laughing our way out of the park at 12:30 as others were streaming in!!- we took a break for 3 to 4 hours every afternoon- (swim & nap) and believe me we needed it

we tried to head back to the parks after 6 - the crowds were still big but we were rested and not really interested in getting on rides, just trying to get good spots for the parades and fireworks

we usually ate a big meal at one of the restaruants at lunch - this was much more economical- and dinner at the POR food court

Mr Misty fan was a god send- it was sooooo hot 95+++ that sometimes we just had to sit and get out of the heat for 10 mins- please wear sun screen - and why do people bring infants to the parks with no hats????!!!
carried a little cooler in the stroller with water & juice
it really does rain just about every aft- we took our raincoats every day and rain cover for stroller- really came in handy!!

we used fast pass- especially at MGM- while teens and hubby on rock'n coaster- went to mermaid and got FP and was so happy to walk into the show with no wait- use FP as much as you can

went to Hollywood and Vine for dinner with fantasmic package-= fantasmic was the best show i have ever seen at WDW- glad we got fantasmic package as we walked in & were seated & watched all the others mill in and try to find seats- fantasmic dinner section was roped off and to the right- great view!!

got to ride mission space- lucked out when we went to epcott after 4 pm- wasn't really too thrilled with this ride- we took the single riders lane and ended up together anyhow!!

the show with goofy, woody, chip & dale... at the diamond horse shoe saloon was fantastic!!- great character interaction- it seemed like no one knew about this show- the cm's were calling people from the crowds to come in - we lucked out at the 2pm show & DS4 had a great time doing the electric slide with goofy!!

had a great time! we had the FTP and got a large donald duck framed pic with pin in frame for our gift- very nice!!

happy to answer any questions
