Crowds for Night of Joy

We has ressies for CR on Sept 12-15. I am wondering about the crowds during this time because Night of Joy(Sept 9- 11). I know Sept is a very slow time at Disney but I wonder since because of this event how busy I should expect it. Maybe I should wait til Sept 19 to go. It will be our first time staying at CR and we have requested MK view 11th fl with an odd number room. (You guys are awesome with your advice) I'm just worried that with the event it might be harder to honor our requests. Any input would be most appreciated.

The parks aren't crowded at all during the NOJ days. Many of the groups that come are local and come only for the event and many of them only come for one night and don't stick around. You shouldn't have any difficulty with your special request, especially since you are arriving on Sunday. Have a wonderful trip!

I've actually found the opposite. I found the MK to be alot more crowded on the NOJ. It was no means unbareble but we were use to have NO lines, then all of a sudden.. people.
