Ok so I see that the search is down right now, otherwise I would just search for it :) but could anyone tell me what they think the crowds will be like during April 26 - May 2? I've been to Disney 938472510370 times, but never during this time frame. I know Easter/spring breaks are around this time, but was wondering if most schools will be back in by then... My husband is in the military and we never got a honeymoon and he surprised me with Disney tickets a few weeks ago! So we are going for our 1 year anniversary (May 1st) He's the best! :cool1::flower3:princess:

Anyways, I went and looked at a few crowd calendars and some of them are conflicting. We have 4 day passes (no hopper) and my travel dates are the first and last day. So our park days will fall from April 27-May 1. I'm desperately trying to avoid the crowds and was wondering if anyone has suggestions on what park I should do on what day? We have 5 days to choose from with one relaxation day thrown it ;) I have an idea, but I thought some experts on here could help me out!

Most all schools should be done with spring break by now and I would also expect few people would be taking children out of school right on top of spring break, so expect the crowds to be lower than earlier in the month.

We went mid May in 2011 and it wasn't bad at all. It was HOT as all get-out (picture 97 walking Epcot) but the crowds weren't like summer or any holiday time. We returned last year the same week you're going and it was nice. The crowds were low and manageable.

We'll be arriving this spring on the 4th of May and expecting the crowds to be lower than mid spring. Enjoy your trip!

We are going down around the same time, and from what we are seeing it looking like it will be a light to moderate crowd. There is a large media event in MK at the end of April and beginning of May for the Mine Train, so your best bet is going to be to do MK early in the week. Epcot will be busier on the weekends because of Flowers and Garden, so I would avoid Epcot on the weekends. DHS has it's 25th Anniversary on May 1st, so it will most likely be considerably more crowded, but you will get some special treats, including a special fireworks show.

So all that being said, I would do the following:

April 27 - AK or DHS
April 28 - MK or rest day
April 29 - MK or rest day
April 30 - Epcot
May 1 - DHS if you want some special things, AK if not

Thanks yall for the tips! You mentioned a few things I wasn't aware of so I will definitely rethink my park days. I was planning on doing HS on May 1 for our anniversary (our first Valentines day was HS and it was DH first Disney park too) buuuuuut, I'm not trying to get caught up in those crowds. Thank again!
