Crowds during first week of January?

I'm considering a quick trip the week of New Years. We'd only do a day or two at Disney (probably MK or MGM) on that Friday and/or maybe Saturday. My question: are the crowds still "Christmas crowds" or has it started to die down. Also, are all the decorations still up? The latest we would be there would be Saturday, January 6th. Thanks for any opinions.

We are planning on being there the 2nd thru the 4th. I am afraid it is going to be a little crowded because 1. the 1st is on a monday, and 2. the marathon is the following weekend. It will still be fun though.

January usually is a ghost town after the 1st.

It has been a little more crowded the last two years after New Year's, but I love going at that time. If you hit the parks early on the 1st, it's good, b/c everyone is still sleeping from their late night before. It starts to clear out more and more every day after the 1st. I have never had a problem.
