Crowds during Election Day week

Has anyone been down to WDW the week of Election Day (first week of November)How are the crowds? according to some sites ,it is supposed to be low attendance.....

Subbing to this thread. We'll be there that week. I hope it's low, that's part of the reason we chose it. DS has autism, and we wanted to try for a low attendance time our first time.

My DS who is 8 also has autism!!! That is why we usually go in September ,avoiding labor day.But,this year we aren't able to.i saw on another website that it is supposed to be ,but I wanted to ask here.Thank you.Enjoy your trip and fingers crossed.

The teachers' convention is Nov. 8 and 9. The planning sites say that weekend will be the busiest. We'll be there the weekend before and a couple of days early that week. Hopefully it won't be too bad.
