How Crowded is it usually this time of year at the parks?

Well December 17th is when kids (grade school, middle school, high school, college, you name it) get out of school for Christmas break so it will be VERY VERY crowded, I imagine.

Basically, if kids are out of school or a holiday is coming up, it's going to be REALLY crowded. I haven't been to WDW yet but Disneyland a million times and at that time of the year Disneyland was PACKED!!! But it's obvious that WDW will be packed as well..kids are out, big holiday is coming up, Christmas decorations are up, it's just a really festive time of the year.

We have been that week for three years and found it tto be tolerable. the week of Christmas itself is over the top, however......
