Crowds begining of May??

Hello, I was wondering how crowded the resorts and parks are the very begining of May? Dates would be April 30, through May7. We already planned on going in October during DD fall break but I heard it is busy and there is a convention going on. This will be our DS first time there he will be 2 May 20. DD is almost 6. We usually go to Disney in September or November which I like because of crows. Also what are the chances I will get the dining resies I want? Would love to go to CRT and CG and CM of course. Hi, we will be at WDW from April 27 - May 6. From what I have read on trip reports (lots of) and Tour Guide Mike's crowd predictor etc it should be a good week to go, not quiet but not too busy either. One thing to bear in mind is that Magic Kingdom closes at 7pm for Grad Nights on May 5th and 6th however it doesn't seem that this would affect crowds as most of the schools get bussed in just for the evening. This does mean however that Spectromagic is on fewer nights.

As far as ADR's go, I started booking mine when they brought out the new 6 month policy, however I have been adding and changing reservations without too much trouble. However not sure about you getting CRT, give Disney Dining a call and find out.
