Crowds at Water Parks in June

Couple of water park questions:

I have heard that the water parks are incredibly crowded in the summer. Other than Saturday and Sunday, are there certain days that are more crowded? For instance, is Friday more crowded than Wednesday?

We have only been to Blizzard Beach in May. We did not have to wait for anything. We all LOVED this park! This year, we plan to try Typhoon Lagoon. Hope this is as much fun as BB!

One more question...just how crowded is crowded? If the parks are filled to capacity, how long are the waits for the rides? Is it "wall-to-wall" people? Could you not get in a lazy river without having feet in your face?

BTW, we don't really care about getting a good chair. We are all very active, and don't plan to do any lounging.

We always go to WDW in June or July. We've found that as long as you go to the water park as soon as it opens or in the afternoon after 3:00 or 4:00, you won't have too many lines (the park is opened until 7:00). It's just during the time of 12:00 to 3:00 that it is really crowded! We have always had a wonderful time at both water parks, but our favorite is TL because of the huge wave pool! We also love swimming in the shark reef and going on the lazy river type ride. They have fun raft and slide rides too.

Most of the slides will have a line after 11:00 and the later in the morning and early afternoon it is, the longer the wait for the slide. If you want to go on the big slides, go first thing in the morning! There will be little or no wait. You'll appreciate the water too, because it gets hot early.

You will have a great time at TL just like you did at BB.
