crowds at Thanksgiving?

We are from Canada and travelling to Orlando for a cruise end of November. We are going a few days early to go to Universal (can not WAIT to see WWoHP!!!) We are planning on spending the 25th there, American Thanksgiving. Can someone give me an idea of what to expect in terms of crowds?

Thanksgiving Day is moderately busy but that weekend is extremely busy. Long waits for everything on Friday and Saturday especially.
