Crowds at Disneyworld on weekends during value season

People on the boards are always telling each other to avoid MK on the weekends, even during value season. What are the crowds like? Are they like Summer or the Holidays? What about the other parks? Epcot? AK? MGM?

The crowds are all together better during value season. With a few exceptions. Weekends like MLK in January are still busy even thought that time frame is listed as value.

Weekends are always busier at the world. But how busy varies. A typical weekend at the end of September isn't still going to usually be as busy as a weekday in July. You would be hard pressed to find a value season weekend as busy as the holidays.
