There will be no crowds in early November. You should be able to nearly walk onto every ride with a 0-5 minute wait; perhaps a bit more for the most popular rides.
By early November Orlando will have already experienced a cold front or two with cooler air behind it but not cold. Typically a cold front will bring a day of rain followed by crystal clear skies but a bit cooler temperatures. Since such fronts are spaced far apart that early in the winter season, the weather tends to stay sunny and warm. It begins to get a bit chilly at night.
oh that will be good having that little wait time

i shall pack a couple of warmer clothes just in case
i've been in early november a few times - always with low crowds and very unpredictable weather..
our most recent visit in november, it was so cold i wore a jacket, long trousers and closed shoes the entire time...
though there were some (fool)hardy Brits in the pool every day...
the daily high was in the 60s, the nightly lows in the 50s and even a few 40s...
i enjoyed it that cold though....we had the most comfortable visits in the parks we'd had in a very long time....it was actually pleasant just walking around outside....no sweat pouring down my back....for me, it was the absolute perfect park weather...
but other times we've been there in november, it was in the 80s (warm enough for even me to swim)....so it's very unpredictable...
thank you for your help
We're going on exactly the same date and I've been wondering the same thing. You're not going with Thomson by any chance, are you?
yes we are going thomson, think its 10.30 flight and staying at pop
I keep trying to tell my family that it's likely that it's not going to be boiling hot, but will they listen? They're determined to be proper Brits and be in full on tourist wear of shorts and t-shirts. Haha. I'm thinking of just taking my usual autumn clothes... I don't like showing my legs anyway! I've been enjoying the 27C heat here in London today and have to keep telling myself it might not be that glorious in Florida in November.
my hubby is a hardened brit if he's on holiday he will only wear shorts

i'm going with my mates this time tho as him and the boys didnt want to go

i too am the same about my legs!! where abouts do you live?
I've read the same good things about low crowds. The only thing I've seen mention of is a special Harry Potter ticketed event at Universal (if you're going there) towards the end of our fortnight that might cause a bit of a crowd surge.
we are just going for a week, cause i always miss home

thank you for your input
Crowds - should be low-ish, weekend crowds will always be bigger. & the crowds can get a little heavier during 'Jersey Week' which i think falls on the Thursday & Friday of the first 'full' week of November (10th & 11th this year) & so School's in New Jersey have those days off & for some reason parents decide their children can have the rest of the week off & go to WDW.
sounds good low crowds plus we are only going for a week so hopefully will be good all round, thank you
Weather - can be a bit unpredictable, nights are always cooler so bring warmer clothes for then. If you click on this link
http://www.wunderground.com/tripplanner/index.asp & type in 'Orlando, Florida' & pick your dates it will give you the exact temperatures over the last 10 years + ! Which is extremely helpful when you want a good idea on what to expect weather-wise.
thank you will go and check out that link
We are going on 4th November for 2 weeks, this will be our tenth year in a row at this time of year. Weather tends to be high 70s low 80s. Can be a little chilly at night but normally it's shorts and t-shirt weather.
will pack some warmer clothes thank you
As others have said you can get a cold front come through that can drop temperatures down into low 60s, that tends to be jeans and sweatshirt weather, but still pleasant. One other good feature of this time is you don't tend to get much rain. Think we've had 2 wet days over last 5 years and even then it was only for a couple of hours at a time
Crowds are pretty low also, get a peak around Nov 10th to 12th for Jersey week but manageable. Waits are typically up to 20minutes for most popular rides. TSMM and Soarin are higher but ain't they always.
It is a great time of year to go, so have a great trip.
thank you, we can't wait only a month to go
