Why can't we go to DL for EVERY vacation?

Are they still crazy that week because most people are out of school? I am guessing "Yes" but am hoping "No".

Thanks!
 
I'm going from Jan. 3 - 7. I'm guessing it might be okay because there was a lot of hotel availability (as of a week ago when I booked this trip.)
