Crowded in February

Just got back from our most recent trip to the world and it was MUCH more crowded than I expected. We were there from Feb 7-16. Most of the more popular rides were a 2 hour wait most days. I wasn't aware that it was a popular time for Louisiana residents to visit, I saw more LSU and NO Saint shirts than I have ever seen in my life. I knew that presidents week was a popular week so we went the week before. Sheesh. I cannot imagine the parks being more crowded than they were last week. You could not even move on Main Street or in Fantasy Land. Thank god we were there for 9 days and we were able to leave mid day and go back to the hotel for a much needed break.

We were there as well. We go every year at this time and I have never seen it so busy. I've already researched the dates for Mardi Gras for next year to avoid it. We choose this time of year because of the crowd level and the timing before tax season for us.

Me and the wifey have been to various WDW Parks the past 2 weeks; the crowds have been insane at all of them. We just got home 2 hours ago from MK, it was open until midnight and it was still rather crowded.
