Hoping this changed. I was trying all day to sign up for das and finally got a lady and was almost done with the process and lost the connection. It was after hours then but I had her on chat. She was really nice and asked her lead what she could do if anything but since she didn’t get my picture I have to check in at city hall. She said “I am going to leave a note on your ticket explaining what happened today. When talking to a Guest Relations cast member please let them you have what is called a 'Magic File' so they are able to look at my notes!” I wasn’t mean Or nasty to her

I would not have thought those were the top 2 things people are getting their passes revoked for right now. I definitely thought it was going to be something along the lines of people who had figured out how to monetize the $99 special. Sheesh!

Alcohol is probably the number one cause of people losing APs. A 21 and 18 yo visit, the 21yo buys 2 drinks, then passes off 1 to the minor. This is watched SO closely, most people have no clue. The over 21 should really be careful because they also call in APD to investigate.

You’ll be fine. “Magic file” is obviously some Disneyfied way to tell guest relations to look deeper, sounds like the CM is just trying to save you from having to do the full interview again.
