Crowd levels

How busy was it this past week?
We will be visiting this time next year (Apr24-May1,2010) and wondering how the crowds were.
We only have a few days. Do you think we need to purchase the Express Passes (we won't be staying onsite)?
We are also hoping for Harry Potter to be open (since it says "early 2010" - hoping/wishing/praying this means before spring break).

Monday- wednesday we walked on everything Thursday it picked up with middle school groups and some Brazilan tour groups. But lines were never more then 30 mins for us. BTW we did not have express pass.

I agree with Victoria. We did have the Express Pass because we stayed on-site so we didn't wait for anything. The longest lines I saw all week were 35 minutes and that was for Hulk, Spiderman, Simpsons, and the Mummy. Most lines were 15 minutes or less.
