Crowd Levels for August 13-23?

Can someone who went to disney last year around this time while there was free dining describe how the crowds and wait times were? Also weather and humidity would be good. Thank you.

Hi,

Many schools will reopen this year on Monday the 14th, so crowds will drop off. The last two weeks of August generally have the smallest crowds of the summer. Free dining or not, crowds are always lower when schools are in session.

Weather and humidity? Relentlessly hot and humid with an almost 100% chance of thunderstorms each afternoon. The rain will last anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple of hours.
