crowd levels around memorial day the week before

So we are planning either an April or May trip -- the best time to go for us and the kiddos would be to do it during April vacation, but both our DVC requires more points and airline tickets are more expensive compared to the end of May. If we wait to go at the end of May, overlapping memorial day -- flights seem to be considerably cheaper and our DVC will require less points.

Does anyone have input on the crowds at the end of May? we are planning a tuesday to tuesday trip. From experience i know week days can be a little less crowded but does anyone know if there is a big difference in crowds mid April compared to the end of May?

I've been in April and every week of May and crowd levels do pick up as the month goes on. The week before isn't terrible until you get to that Friday of Memorial Day weekend then it starts to get significantly busier.
