We are currently booked for Royal Pacific 2/11/18-2/14/18 but need to change our dates. This will be our first visit to Universal. The next week would be great but crowds and prices are much higher.

Thoughts on 1/28/18-2/1/18? Last day of Celebration Harry Potter, which we are okay missing, but how will last day impact crowds?

How about Probowl? - Does this impact crowds?

I went to uo the last week of the Potter gala and first weekend of Mardi Gras and had no crowd issues

Used the ep as weekends did have some rides with line waits

We were there the weekend before Thanksgiving and having EP definitely takes the bite out of crowds. I wouldn’t worry about them other than the WWoHP areas being crowded during the day - but you’re set for the rides. One day we waited until later in the day to do Minions because the EP line was wrapped around several switchbacks but that was literally the only time (for rides) that we thought about wait times.
