Crowd Level at Water Parks

We are thinking about a last minute trip to Disney the week of May 18. What do you think that the crowd level/wait times will be at the water parks.? We went to Blizzard Beach last September, the week with crowd levels of 1s and 2s, and the park was empty. We walked on every ride, and now we are spoiled. What can we expect the week of May 18 (weekdays only)? Thank you!

We were there at the end of May last year and the crowds were non-existent. There were only 20 to 30 people there at rope drop.

That is great to hear! We had so much fun at Blizzard Beach and definitely don't want to miss out on that during our next trip. We are seriously considering postponing our trip until September just to enjoy Blizzard Beach without any crowds. We literally walked on every ride all day.

Kids are still in school, so I would hope they aren't too bad. We went to Typhoon Lagoon before school let out for summer last year and there was practically no one there. Granted, it was at opening but it did not get too crowded as the day went on. So like all the parks, the earlier the better!

I would not postpone until Sept, since anyone with free dining in Sept had to buy park hoppers or Waterparks and more tickets. I think the waterparks are going to be busier in Sept than they have in the past.
