Crowd Expectation- December 16

I've always been either in the Spring or summer. Will be going from December 16-20. Wondering about crowd size. Will it be the same, worse or better than summertime?

Also, will there be Christmas lights and other stuff out?

Nobody can give you accurate info on how busy the parks will be. People will guess, but that is all it will be. My guess would be moderate to moderate light.

Christmas will be in full swing.
